In 2006, actor Stephen Fry received a letter from a girl struggling with depression. This was his response.

This is amazing.

If I had to ever pick just one thing that Stephen Fry has ever written.. it would be this.

Its great because he isn’t dismissing her depression, or saying its her fault. He acknowledges it, and tells her that even though its there, but soon it won’t be, and she should just wait till the sunshine arrives
